These Terms govern your use of Upturn by Novatra. By using Upturn, you agree to these Terms.
What Upturn provides
Upturn provides credit recovery organization tools, reminders, educational guidance, account tracking, payment logging, and progress planning based on information you enter.
No guarantees
Upturn does not guarantee credit score improvement, credit approval, debt reduction, or removal of accurate negative information from credit reports. Credit scores and reports are controlled by credit bureaus, lenders, scoring models, and other third parties.
User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying payment amounts, due dates, statement close dates, balances, account status, and lender requirements directly with your lender or financial institution.
Not financial, legal, or credit repair advice
Upturn provides educational and organizational tools only. It does not replace advice from a qualified financial advisor, attorney, credit counselor, tax professional, or other licensed professional.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Upturn, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app, or use Upturn for unlawful purposes.
Beta and changes
Some features may be in beta and may change over time. We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features as Upturn develops.
Account access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novatra LLC and Upturn are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
