Upturn provides general educational information and app-based organization tools. Recommendations are based on information you enter, such as due dates, balances, limits, payment logs, and statement close dates.

Upturn is not a credit bureau, credit reporting agency, lender, bank, debt settlement company, or law firm.
Not credit repair
Upturn does not claim to remove accurate negative information from credit reports, erase debts, or repair credit reports. If information on a credit report is inaccurate, users may have rights to dispute that information with the appropriate credit bureau or furnisher.
Verify with lenders
Due dates, minimum payments, balances, and account status should always be verified with the user’s lender, credit card issuer, or financial institution. Upturn’s guidance depends on the accuracy of information entered by the user.
