This Privacy Policy explains how Upturn by Novatra collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Upturn app or visit getupturn.app.

• Credit recovery information you enter, such as account nicknames, issuer names, balances, limits, minimum payments, due dates, statement close dates, APRs, autopay status, and payment logs.
• App preferences, such as notification settings, selected recovery goals, completed plan items, and support messages.
• Technical information, such as device type, app version, operating system, and diagnostic information used to keep the app stable and secure.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Upturn, including to:

• Show your dashboard, accounts, recovery plan, payment history, and progress.
• Generate reminders and credit recovery guidance based on the data you enter.

• We do not ask for bank login credentials or online banking passwords.
